Adapt to new OpenStreetMap backend (WIP)

This (early stage WIP) PR is supposed to eventually fix these issues:

  • https://github.com/sozialhelden/wheelmap-frontend/issues/327
  • https://github.com/sozialhelden/wheelmap-frontend/issues/328

It will also introduce:

  • vector-based map rendering (based on Mapbox GL)
  • support for more OSM accessibility-related tags
  • support for more place types
  • infos about the surroundings of a selected place (entrances, sidewalks, building hierarchies, surface quality)
