Let's cut a release

@soypat we should create a release for this repo, that way it is easier for downsteam dependencies to pin to the current code.

Actually this is not necessary! The changes proposed are in the common package which is not importable. The common package was made unimportable since I was sure I was going to come up with a better way to do this in the future. Enter: lneto.

Though your comment does remind me that we should definetely not break the examples of the book in print- which was something I was not taking into account when making the lneto PR- thanks for the heads up Ron!
