Add comments plugin

There is a jekyll plugin to allow people to comment using their GitHub account. Each comment appear as a pull request and can be approved or rejected.

Alternatively, hosted commenting solutions like disqus can be used. This however, segregates comments from the content.

Bonus: Use YouTube API and bring in comments from there to articles. Tag each comment by its source like Comment: [from YouTube] Lorem ip sum..
