Maybe add nickname patterns generator by first name/last name like NAMINT?

that would be pretty easy to implement, but checking every variation of nickname would take awful long while maybe some suggestions on most used nickname-real name combos? so we could shorten it to at least five combos i could also implement this in full combo checker, but as i mentioned earlier, this would check awful lot of names
