Usage of /dev/null

/dev/null is explicitly used here: https://github.com/sowawa/fluent-plugin-slack/blob/master/lib/fluent/plugin/slack_client.rb#L32

That makes it impossible to use this plugin on windows. Do you think it could be changed?
