Invalid pack directive

Since Ruby 3 the pack command has become strict and only allows legal directives as specified in https://apidock.com/ruby/Array/pack All modifiers of the directive are post. The current test fails with internal:pack:8: warning: unknown pack directive '>' in '>q'

Change '>q' to 'q<' and the test passes.
