Feature Request: Default Verified Repos

There are some user's which should have verified repositories (Google, Microsoft, Github, etc).

My proposal is to, in some way, make a list of users whose repos should be verified by default.

For example, if Microsoft was a "Verified User", then if I contribute to Microsoft/AI, that repo would be verified.

What do you think? Have I gotten the concept of Verified wrong?
