One way to do it is to look at a ratio of deleted lines and added lines, make a distribution of this ratio across users, and award the badge to those who are in top 5% or so. @yaronskaya will probably have ideas as well.

@sfat sorry, the issue doesn't require any changes in sourcerer-app. But we still strongly appreciate any contributions, especially the issue with paths autocompletion:) Sorry for misunderstanding.
