This is not working because the SSL cert for https://sourcerer.io has expired.

Same here, doesn't load on any of our repos either: https://github.com/huggingface/transformers, https://github.com/huggingface/datasets, https://github.com/huggingface/tokenizers

Use certbot and letsencrypt. You can also set up automatic renewal.
