CSV export

for any of the tables (not the graphs), it would be nice if a CSV export was available. This would be VERY easy to do, we just need slightly modified URLs and a new parameter, that instead of calling the existing templates, sets a different content type and makes a download available.

Navigation could look like "go / csv" instead of just the "go" links we have today.
