make it possible to link to sections on the page

currently, behavior is something like this:

  • Automatically, it indexes the first heading and changes the URL according to suffix as ?id=<HEADING_NAME>
  • that suffix URL also changes, when we select any heading from the left section of headings.

What are the expectations of this issue?
