bug: Claude always responds with "Here is the proposed change:"

whenever I use cody chat in the sidebar, no matter what I ask, it always responds with :

"Here is the proposed change:" ...

And it forces code changes, which I then need to reject. This changed over night, I dont know what this is, but it makes it compeltely useless
