Autosuggestion delay time is not functional .

Describe the bug

Even when i set the autocomplete delay to 15000 it is still showing autocomplete suggestions immediately . Also there is no unit of time mentioned .

Expected behavior

It should debounce the autocomplete with delayed time as mentioned in the setting .
