Bug Description

I was previously using Android Studio Ladybug Feature Drop 2024.2.2 Patch 2. After upgrading to Android Studio Meerkat 2024.3.1 (and even testing Patch 1), the IDE freezes every time I open any project. The application becomes completely unresponsive, forcing me to terminate it via the Task Manager. Notably, this issue does not occur when I downgrade back to 2024.2.2 Patch 2 or disable the Cody plugin in the Meerkat version.
