Bug Description

I'm experiencing an issue with Korean character input in the Cody prompt window. When trying to type in Korean, only one character gets entered at a time. I've tried standard troubleshooting methods but haven't found a solution. This appears to be an issue with the Cody plugin specifically, not related to JetBrains IDE settings.
