bug: open diff removes the ability to accept/reject diff components

Describe the bug

if I click open diff the accept/reject blocks in the UI disappear and they are all accepted by default.

Also, no keyboard shortcut for open diff.

Expected behavior

If I open diff i should still be able to accept/reject diff components
