VS Code: LLM dropdown is not rendered when user switch between accounts

Describe the bug

Platform: Windows

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have Cody plugin installed in your VS Code editor
2. Login to Cody with Any user
3. Open Cody Chat and make sure LLM dropdown is rendered properly
4. Click on account icon and switch account

Observed behavior:

LLM dropdown is not rendered when user switch between accounts

Expected behavior

LLM dropdown should rendered properly
