bug: Connection Failed at start

Describe the bug

When using cody, at start it sais connection failed and i need to manually click one or two times retry connection

Expected behavior

A red button connection failed

Additional context

Cody could not start due to a connection issue. Possible causes:

You don't have internet access Proxy settings might need to be configured An internal error preventing the connection The configured endpoint https://sourcegraph.com/ is not reachable
