bug: Model selection for "document code" doesn't stick and alawys selects Haiku

Describe the bug

Usually when switching the model in the model selector, it sticks and consecutive calls use the same model. However, for "document code", it always picks Haiku.

Haiku isn't bad, but I would rather use a model that has better understanding capabilities of the code it documents.

Expected behavior

Either keep the same selection of previously used model for "document code", or use the same model that's used elsewhere in Cody as well

Alternatively a way to provide a default for the different actions would also be useful
