VS Code: Wrong model name is displayed for Edit Code.

Describe the bug

Platform: Windows

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have Cody plugin installed in your VS Code editor
  2. Login to Cody with Free user
  3. Open any source code file and click on "Edit Code" from Commands
  4. Check the model name for Edit Code

Observed behavior:

Claude 2.0 is showing as a model for Edit Code for Free user.

Expected behavior

It should be Claude 3 Sonnet and not Claude 2.0
