unable to access '$HOME/.gitconfig': Operation not permitted

Hello,

Thank you for building Cody! However, I can't launch it. The logs say that it can't access ~/.gitconfig.

Steps to reproduce:

• Symlink ~/.gitconfig to ~/Dropbox/.gitconfig
• Launch Cody app
• Agree to give permissions to files managed by Dropbox
• Notice that Cody shows "Oops, something went wrong"

I have:

• Double-checked that it can access the files managed by Dropbox (via System Settings)
• Double-checked that ~/.gitconfig has lrwxr-xr-x permissions in the filesystem
