Update Tailwind custom spacing

Our Tailwind spacing was set up with custom definitions as seen here.

I'd like to update these to use the default Tailwind spacing scale so we can adhere to best practices. Here is the new scale. Note the addition of several values and the overall renaming of all values. The actual spacings used across the site should not change, just the names associated with them.

Please implement this new spacing scale and ensure nothing breaks across the site.
