Enhance Custom Carousel transition animation

Enhance all custom carousels (TabCarousel, CustomCarousel, QuoteCarousel) to have an animated sliding transition between items. This is so that they will match the standard carousel behavior when they are present on the same page.

Enhance carousel accessibility. Most button indicators are not keyboard accessible currently.
