When you select file in diff context, jump to the first hunk in it

When you select files in the history, you usually want to see what was changed. I will be logically if diff view will jump to the first hunk after opening file

NOTE: There are two modes for navigating hunks/blocks, as set by the "Enable Block-Navigation" toggle-button (in the diff-view top-bar).

Both of these modes would benefit from this suggested enhancement, especially when the (somewhat related) "Show all Lines" mode is activated.
