Acrylic does not work in windows11&DragMove has problem

I have already know that 0.9.0 can run fine in windows 11.But the drag action became very slow in windows11/0.9.0. And there is no issue in windows10/master

In addition dragging window with touchpad in windows11/0.9.0 is normal
