Sometimes there is a need to have installed a couple versions of the same font with different interline spacing. Therefore, OS should be able to treat these fonts as different.

In `modify_linegap_percent()`, shouldn't all the `int()` functions be `round()` instead?

In the `lib/fontline/commands.py` Also, it doesn't make sense to round the `factor` (the conversion of percent to decimal fraction), because it will compound the inaccuracy in later calculations.
