[Dev Branch] Left bracket is thicker than right bracket on Windows

In IntelliJ IDEA, left bracket ([) is thicker than right bracket in 14pt. (]) I don't have so much knowledge about font rendering, but I'm guessing the cause is area 2 is darker than area 1.

I've tested in VS code and result was same in there.

Environment:

  • Windows 10 1903
  • 1920 * 1080 screen
