Please add support for Windows-1250 aka CP-1250

Are the specific glyphs that you need and can you provide a bit of background on the rationale for this request?

CP1250 is a code page for Central European languages of countries such as Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, etc. I come from Poland and I would just like to be able to use your font in the VSCode editor with the possibility to use the diacritic chars of my language:
