Web font subsets general punctuation glyph set - missing subset glyphs that are present in source

Address missing (non-critical) glyphs in the general punctuation set of the web font subsets. Likely a lib.plist definition issue? The missing glyphs are present in source, present in complete set builds, not present in web font subset builds across all variants. Minor issue due to the affected unicode positions.
