Sitewide Dark Mode

Currently, our Source IDE and some navbars have a colour scheme that kinda fits dark mode, but the rest of the site has a dominantly light mode colour scheme. It would be nice to add a setting to enable/disable dark mode, or even full black for AMOLED displays.

A stretch would be to be able to customise your own colour theme sitewide.

Understandably, this can be a rather painfully large addition, but here's a quick and dirty preview of what a dark mode site could look like with the use of the Dark Reader extension.
