[BUG]: Irrelevant buttons in Favorites page

Describe the bug

After user Sign up, the favorites page displays the button's "My Favorites" and "Browse Movies" even when the user currently doesn't have any favorite movies listed.

Location of the bug

No response

Expected behavior

These extra buttons clutter up the page and in my opinion are not needed and can be displayed when the user has any selected favorite movies.
