Place a Marker on a moving object

Long standing request from users!

Recent example: when kayaking, I can see my paddling partner up to about 15m. It would be very useful if my partner could set a beacon on her phone. This would effectively be a moving beacon which would be invaluable in letting me know where she is and allow me to follow her.
