Clear cached map data after update and remove the prompt to delete markers when clearing data

• because of a bug in version 1.1.2, it is necessary to clear the map data after updating to 1.1.3, so this is done automatically

This is in build 24 on testflight. I suggest we release it on the app store asap as build 22 is very broken.

It might still be good to remove the prompt to delete markers; that's just an accident waiting to happen that has nothing to do with clearing the cache.

Just curious, are we going to remove the question to delete markers and routes in the upcoming version 1.30? This feature showed up in Version 1.13 but got reverted in 1.20. As RDMurray said, we could just remove that question and not worry about the rest of this feature.
