Remove Dispatch Email Client?

While correcting the Spanish email clients, I noticed that Dispatch seems to be just there in the list. the URL doesn't work anymore, leading me to believe that Dispatch no longer exists. Should we delete it from the list of Email clients or leave it alone because Soundscape won't look for it if the client isn't installed?
