Download not actually downloading?

I'm trying to download Wormholes and the notification says "currently downloading 1", but I'm also seeing 0 bytes being transfered by firefox.exe in the task manager. So I really don't think it's downloading anything...

No error in the console either. Nothing gets added in the network inspector either. I did add the popup blocker exception. I'm on Firefox 77.0.1.

I think something is not quite right. Or am I somehow doing something wrong?
