What should somebody do if the author of this code steals from you? Any suggestion?

A lot of shady stuff happened. Its probably my own fault loaning money to somebody with 5 different names. He's trying to delete all his tracks in Linkedin and other places.

He started a project, got a cash advance and then Changed all his contact info and disappeared.

This entre situation isn't good. Kinda hard to sue somebody far far away. Its just a sad situation when somebody will burn you over $200.00 Glad I live in the US I guess.
