youtube froze the account, and removed all views, to any method to prevent this from happening?

Yeah same even though it's shifting the IP wit TOR

TOR exit nodes are public and therefore can be blocked. As a matter of fact it is probably easier to spot bots originating from the TOR network than from a proxy.
