Export songs in Unicode?

Songs are being exported as a garbled mess.

For example:

色彩 is supposed to be 色彩

For example:

色彩 is supposed to be 色彩

I ran into this issue as well but it looks like it's just Excel being Excel. If you open up the csv in Notepad++ everything looks normal. I was able to get the fonts to display correctly in Excelt by following the instructions here: https://smallbusiness.chron.com/microsoft-excel-wont-show-japanese-characters-77317.html
