WinForms designer not working for sample projects

This is more of a FYI as the problem seems related to a bug in Visual Studio. I have reported this to Microsoft here: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/t/WinForms-designer-crash-when-using-sourc/10930140

I just wanted to let you know in case you were wondering why your forms wont open in the designer.
