Support "scroll" event instead of "wheel"

Basically, the type of app I'm creating would greatly benefit from being able to use the arrow keys and the middle mouse click in order to scroll much faster, and I think all of that would be handled by the scroll event.

I've opted to not submit a PR; many things about this lib do not fit my requirements, and so I've decided to use a different one. Thanks.
