Great, now it compiles, but the indices are not created on my DB file. Hmmm **UPD**. I removed all double quotes.

Thank you @ligi, v3.7.3 works perfectly on Android 13. Also, I think this option should be removed on Android 13+ (because it won't ever work on recent Android versions): 

This is good news, thank you, @mouse-reeve. I tested with Latvian locale on Firefox and it showed correctly. Not sure, maybe, the website locale settings should override the browser locale....
