[CuteMusic 2.7.2] App needs to be restarted in order to see new metadata
Describe the bug Changes to file tags are not saved and the editing window remains open.
To Reproduce
- Open the editing window of any song;
- Modify the tags and perhaps add an image;
- Confirm by pressing the bottom button;
- Play the song
Expected behavior The song tags should match those set in the editing window.
Smartphone (please complete the following information):
- Device: Samsung Galaxy J6
- OS: Android
- Version: 10
For clarification, they are actually saved, and if you restart the app you will see the changes, it is a bug that they don't update right away 😁
@alan-ford Does this happen only with images or with title, artist etc.. too ? When I only modify the title for example, it reflects correctly
@sosauce Both. I did three tests by setting only the image, changing only the tags and finally changing both. In each case I restarted the app, but each field retained its original values.
Closing this for now as I've never experienced this and I've did a bit of a rewrite so I'm assuming this is fixed
