Fails on "addons.mozilla.org".

I want "addons.mozilla.org" to always get "Accept-Language" set to "en". Your addon seems to work (tried for google.com) but doesn't modify "addons.mozilla.org". Is this a upstream bug?

The plugin ignore localhost in configuration. So if I set some language for localhost then this configuration is ignored. Before 2 weeks it works for years. Thanks
