You can easily add plugins like this yourself by simply using the contrib directory:

git clone https://github.com/zdharma/fast-syntax-highlighting ${ZPREZTODIR:-$HOME/.prezto}/contrib/fast-syntax-highlighting

Then, add fast-syntax-highlighting to your "zstyle ':prezto:load' pmodule" list.
