There are probably not too many appimages on steam (judging by https://www.google.com/search?q=site:https://steamdb.info/+appimage) I've tested steam with `flatpak --user override --env=APPIMAGE_EXTRACT_AND_RUN=1 com.valvesoftware.Steam`.
