Automatic refresh support

It would be nice if it supported the ability to automatically refresh the change list for all opened repositories on a user defined time-frame.

Oh, when its implemented, please consider adding a notification of new changes via a () next to the repository's name in the left-hand column with the amount of changes in the parentheses.
