Problem statement

1. Actual representation of Borrow Slider is not suitable for users
2. User has a risk to get liquidation immediately after Open Position

Description

Need to store Risk levels separately for each vault, (special case for DAI it should be all Safe with all levels). Need to have limitation of Max borrow amount to avoid immediate liquidation.

Definition of Done

• Safe, Risky, High Risk levels store in the config file
• Max Borrow Limit parameter stores in the config file
