Personal page, linked from username

If the user is authenticated with the site (has a User object, not just an SEUser), their username should link to a personal page. The page can show wiki/canon/etc contributions by the user, as well as their profile image and link to SO profile. If the user has not authenticated (they're just linked to a question or something) the username should link directly to their so profile.
