cpuLimit itself uses some 5% of my CPU - per cpuLimit process

+1 here except for the fact the _cpulimit_ eats one whole CPU core sometimes. Removing `-i` helped. I use cpulimit-0.2-13.20151118gitf4d2682.fc33.x86_64
