Soot 4.3.0 missing tag in Git

Looks like 4.3.0 is released https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/soot-oss/soot/4.3.0/; but I can't see any tag for this in https://github.com/soot-oss/soot/tags. It looks like https://github.com/soot-oss/soot/tree/release is 4.3.0 though I would have still expected to see a tag for this. Unsure if this is on purpose or oversight; which is why I'm asking :-)
